The latter is by design and documented in the patch notes, albeit poorly. I have requested this be amended to be less confusing. This has got to be one of the worst changes in this Patch/Expansion.
I can understand increasing the Installation cost of Jump Clone to 900k, heck even the original 5M would have been fine, But 900k EVERY TIME THAT YOU JUMP BETWEEN CLONES!!!!!!! That's insane. |

Just Jumped from a Clone in 60M-TG to 60M-TG (Empty Clone to Training Clone) and was charged the 900K ISK, WTF I thought this was meant to be a NPC Station only change?
Also confirmed with Exec and there doesn't appear to be any settings on the Outpost control panel for the cost. |

Looking at the other mod stats, I can't see anything that counter-balances the higher cap requirements. (Cycle time, amount repaired, etc. all match up.) Local ancillary repair/boost modules also match up normally in the in-game stats, as they always have. IIRC the Ancillary Remote Shield Boosters can be fit with Cap charges, the Cap usage without charges is meant to be higher, for a comparison, look at the Ancillary Shield Boosters line up |
